I joined Lumbini Elite after working for around 2 years for CMBTEK. Coming for a small organization to Lumbini was a good decision over all. I was hired for a client project so not much experience in Lumbini Office. I had to deal with my functional lead and finance on a monthly basis. I never have any issues with them. Also interacted with HR Team and it was a good experience as well.

Dislikes

Though I never had any issues with my salary but I feel should be released by month end where as I was received my salary by 5th of next month.

This is fake company and fake offers for employees. The worst experience I have faced as they offer me as Sr. software developer for the the one of their project based on real time assesment delevery management system, after 02 months of waiting for the confirmation they regret me to join for further, the director an all the members are cheaters. They wasted you time .

At Lumbini Elite we feel work life balance is very good. Not much unnecessary work pressure. Management is very supportive.

Dislikes

I feel we should do more branding and image make over. Company in this respective is very simple. No marketing and nonsense advertisement.

Working for any startup is always risky but I took each day as new challenge. I feel working any where with positive frame of mind will bring lots of learning.

Dislikes

Being a startup organization we have to always struggle for fund. I wish we should have arranged funds which could help in scaling

I joined Lumbini 6 month back and feel the company is having huge growth potential . Company is well paced in IT world, having good clients and partners.

Dislikes

Just six month old to company so didn't find any thing negative to highlight.
