Working at Luharia technologies Pvt LTD is an good experience for me to have such good culture and environment. It is an Fintech company. This company would not make such a good opportunities at times and we people have been waited for that. I am the part of the team that analysing the customers application through the company owned dashboards on the system and we find that, If that customer is a going to be a fraud for our company or good customer for the rest of existing account from the company. The company has got now the New technologies.

Dislikes

I will appreciate about my communication growth i.e., 5 out of 5. Coming to growth is too slow. The work pressure is normal and when comes to any meetings with CEO and there would be a pressure on Team members by the Team leads. While doing the work no Team lead can come and ask about the work on weekdays , whether the work is going well or not. But we got our appreciation from our clients.

LTPL is always close to me as it is my 1st organization where I was working for. I always waited for job which gives me work satisfaction and Luharia is the 1 and only which gave me work satisfaction. When CEO ( I prefer KK Sir ) comes and interacts with you he always gives up a challenge which helped me alot to develop my skills and get rid of fear to speak out. KK Sir is my inspiration and my role model. Finally the best organization you would love to work with ❤️

The company provides its employees very friendly and challenging environment. The best part of working at Luharia is there is no restriction to any particular department of work. Employees can explore themselves in their field of interest and gain immense knowledge with everyday learning.

Dislikes

The company being peer to peer short term lending firm with daily closures the work-life balance becomes hectic at times.
