There have also been instances where managers made employees work without billability on tasks during bench period assuring him billability. Those dont count in work, eventually leading to layoffs. 2. Poor Communication from Higher Management: Higher management offers minimal support, and employees must independently resolve issues or seek guidance, making processes inefficient and frustrating. 3. Unsatisfactory Compensation and Career Growth: Pay increments are below industry standards, and promotions are rare. Hard work is seldom recognized or rewarded, discouraging employees from going the extra mile. 4. Company has excellent work culture which fosters career growth. Work life balance, salary and benefits is good with good job security. It also enables skill development and learning which promotes work satisfaction.
