...lead because she was planning for onsite so they hired me as replacement of her. I was there for one year but still she didn't go onsite and she didn't given me proper KT Also my manager was asking me about my current package because was getting less than me because he was there in ltimindrree since 10 years So he was keep saying if you are getting high package then you have to take that much work pressure. And since then he was playing very bad politics with me. I'm taking work load of 4 leads alone but still he was saying you are not doing anything. He was taking me in call late night Whenever I went to office intentionally he was asking me to stay office till late I was traveling from Mumbai to Pune he knows that . So whenever I was in pune office he was intentionally scheduling some meetings so I was reaching mumbai same day at late night. He was not allowing me to interact with clients. He was asking me to work like fresher people.i was literally so much fade up with this so I did complaint with senior director. Now I put my resignation and got very good product based company. So ltimindrree is very bad company Don't join

There is nothing to like about this company, everyone here is just really unprofessional and incompetent to wok in fast paced environment especially HR department. They are just frustrating for real.

No work life balance at all. 90 hr work week is for real. Salary is very less for the amount of work load. No Skill development and growth at all. No career growth. Really frustrating environment. Some people really dont understand common things also, lack of common sense in senior employees. Rude behaviour. Cost cutting at its peak.conpany is not growing because of their incompetence in maintaining the project quality and all that is affecting to employees, employees are suffering because of incompetence of board directors to maintain the project quality. LTIMindtree’s growth very soon will be on decrement path. Clear signal to all employees of LTIMindtree as soon as possible resign and switch for betterment of you.

No available projects still they keep hiring new members and put them on bench. Although bench policy is of 6 month but within 2 months HR will tell you that we don't have much opportunities inside our organisation try to search outside and ask about the resignation Poor management Terrible company to join as a lateral as they don't have much project.

6hrs a day is big challenge Salary structure are very rigid Now a days job security is big concern here as lots of project are very short-term around 6 months No work satisfaction Company rules and regulations are very against employees Companies liability people who makes rules are more than asset people who actually making money People like HR, Payroll are unknown to the world and very hard to chase Bench strength is growing and employees struggle to find new secured project
