...e rounds of interview, which I have not seen in service based companies atleast. Some even have 4-5 rounds where we have to visit the Client location itself to get your skills tested😂 Consultancies offer you with high package saying they have huge requirement, but that's not true here. Only get into this company if you want to get a higher package and chill for few months. I regret for opting LTI when I had other options. Overall, would give a minus rating if it was possible.

It's like any other average IT Company, as long as the team you are in is good your stint within the project and the company feels good.

1) Perks & Benefits 2) Salary Structure 3) Leave Policy 4) Might require relocation to get into a project everytime you released from one.

No join security All projects are short term. If we prepare same way we are preparing for internal we would have recieved easy 50% hike and shift the job

Only pay is better for latarals but once you are in you will not get any more hike.

... how many hrs you logged in your system and it will be updated to manager daily. And worst part is they will release you from the project but you have to work for project and after 50 days they will release you to pool then hr will come ask you resign by paying 3 months basic salary. They will say your bench period 90 days are over which includes 50 day which you worked for project. My best suggestion is if you are frustrated about your life then you can come and join ltimindtree. This is my genuine experience which I had i will feel very happy if it is help to atleast one person.

No free time for self learning Company demanding to work from office twice a week Salary is not upto the mark( if you are technically strong, then its a chance to bargain more) No work life balance (3 shift support) Poor management Do or die attitude.management expectation is No escalation from client.( For support projects) If you support for weekends no cash benefits Above feedback based on my 4 months experience.
