We have enough opportunities and training to develop our skills. Have good work life balance (depends on the project you are in)

Very less salary hikes and gives for only half year. Promotions and appraisals are not up to the mark. Though you will get enough opportunities for learning, most of the time it would find difficult to get into the project and if not, you will be fired within few weeks. It was not like this before.

-Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final

Work life balance is good. Senior people are always approachable. They take care of employee's personal issues too. Hybrid modal. Work from home option during medical emergencies/family emergencies.

Doesn't care much about the compensation revision for existing employees.

The company offers a competitive salary, high-quality trainings and direct client interactions. The office has great amenities like massage chairs and gyms, provides meal coupons. Some roles also include on-site work opportunities.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.
