...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and gifts every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Good work life balance. Managers will generally not ask you to work on weekends or time off periods unless it is critical

...et stuck in a project for a very long time and thus your learning will stagnate. The compensation and hikes are very poor and below market standards

Skill development and learning opportunities are good. There are ample scopes of getting certified and getting reimbursed. Work-life balance is fair but mainly depends on projects and situations. Job security is very good for performers.

There are lots of scope of improvement in the area of compensation and benefit. Career growth and opportunities areas can also be improved a lot. Work satisfaction is already quite good, however, it can be improved far more.

MANAGEMENT... FAVOURITISM.. I found these issue in LTI. I lost my job in covide time that too because of management. Apart from that the company is awesome.
