The compensation & increments are not very exciting. The carrier growth is at slower speed. Though weekends are off, you may work for 2 weekends in a month.

...transparent management. There is Gym and Fun zone for Employees. Huge cafeteria. And good salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and sometimes management does not address our issues.

... and it was great journey with the company. LTI gave everything which I desired. Also, If you are looking for good salary then LTI will be a one of the great company to join.

MANAGEMENT... FAVOURITISM.. I found these issue in LTI. I lost my job in covide time that too because of management. Apart from that the company is awesome.

Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . I worked here for 2 years but got zero percentage of hike despite of both the year I got key contributor ratings which means rating 4 out 5 .
