...5% hike for consecutive o/s performance. People who dont work keep sitting idle. If you spend first 4years u can be resting for rest of years n ull get ur salary, ull get a promotion for every 3 yrs.No recognition for good work. Forget about promotion in less than 3 yrs how hard u try if you are not a vegetarian. So i would suggest nof to work if you see u are not getting anything. Veggies get every alternative year..worst indian mnc I have worked.

Poor Management. I'm hired for an assignment, but after joining I was told went are sharing your profile with other clients. I got into a worst client with legacy technologies who already had 7 other vendors. There are good projects as well. Depends on where you are landed. Worst management

Salary was little better than all of its competitors if you are switching to it for critical roles

Dislikes

Toxic culture , HR controls a lot. Even in emergency cases you can't take wfh even if it's family medical urgency or your marriage. They deduct leaves if you don't do WFO for 6 hours each day and 2 days a week. Even if you raise concern or put your voice. You may get fired or threatened.
