In salary, they make blunders. On one side they say we provide annual LTA (Leave Travel Allowance) and then they deduct partial amount month wise from ad-hoc allowance. for eg. :- in January month my ad hoc allowance was 1250/- and in February I applied for Annaual LTA 12000/-. So, they will provide 12K additional from salary, but then ad hoc allowance will be reduced to 250/--.. you're just transferring money in name of LTA. Very Bad reputation in paying you salary

Joined L&T as a fresher. Made good friends and had good bonding with them as everyone in the batch was just out of the college

No Job Security. Terrible food. No benefits. Low Compensation. Bad Management. Clueless HR. Work Life Balance depends upon the team you are a part of. Learning opportunities also depend upon the team.

Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.
