Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

The opportunities and experiences I've gained here, but i feel that my current compensation does not fully reflect the scope of my work, the value I bring to the team. No team bonding/outings. Low Appraisals.

sick leave one should be able to avail it for one or two days there should not be any restrictions on that. as per current policy once can avail sick leave for minimum three days for that too medical certificate needed.

... I have got everything that I was thinking from a good manager to a good client. Salary is something that is never got delayed. I am a new lateral joiner here, soon to complete the 3 months these days were awesome.

Its only the canteen menu inside office, we have to deal with the same menu everyday.
