Work environment is good. Work life balance is setistecotry. High chance that you will not get project specific to your domain, but any how that will be managed.

Dislikes

There is no hike, you Winll not get the arrears. You have to fill the apprisel form and do other activity but you have been paid the same amount on which you hired atleast for two to three years.

Likes

Mostly a secure job and no confusions on salary and leaves. Good place to learn professional IT working and software skill set for initial 2 years.

Dislikes

90% projects are boring support projects. Too much micromanagement occurs thus employee not aware what image manager has of him. Bench period is very erratic and slow to provide projects.

Likes

Working flexibility. Can go to office for once a week for 2-3 min to avoid any WFO violation email. You can work from any part of India despite your actual assigned location.

Dislikes

...ee as billing asset. They don't consider individual growth at all. No appraisal. Silent promotion (no hike, just increase your responsibility). Management is under skilled. Pathetic project. Pathetic people made solution architect who just sit all day with no responsibility. Lack of new skill learning exposure.

Likes

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.
