After completing 1 years from date of confirmation - 50 k Hike. After completing 2 years from data of confirmation - 8% April increment reflected from December month salary 😓. Be aware they are assigned rendom role to you 😔. Bench policy is 3 month only

Nothing can be liked in LTI. This company can only ask their employee to work without any increments, bonus, incentives, no shifts, they always have budget issues for employee otherwise in share market they have highest priced shares in today's date among IT industry. WORST COMPANY EVER!!

EMPLOYEES ARE NEVERHAPY IN LTI. ONLY PRESSURIED AND NO SALARY HIKE IS THEIR SPECIAITY!! IN SPITE OF YOUR EFFORTS, YOU WILL GET NOTHING HERE!!

No salary hike, toxic work culture, politics, weekend working without compensation, without shift money, expected to extend work hours and handle responsibilities of P3 level while getting grade and pay of P1. Inspite of repeated client appreciation, no hike or promotion but promoting clearly undeserving candidates. Even food is not free. Cannot get night Cab service unless approved by manager or unless you are a female.
