Some events that happens in the organization are good. Salary gets credited to account on time. No micro management. Some projects are good.

Dislikes

Job security is not very good. Hikes are terrible After merger of LTI and Mindtree, the leadership has introduced policies that are worst of both companies. I was expecting good things after merger. The company is not an employee friendly at all. They want future faster together. Now they want AI in everything but they are missing the important part which is employees.

Even though I joined recently, but I don't think there's anything which needs to be liked.

...us to complete the work in which we're not proficient (out of experience work). Salary benefits and promotions I can't say much, as I've joined recently. But yeah, hearing from other associates, it seems like not so much impressive. Not sure about job security. Skill development - you'll not get the time to learn anything new. Work Satisfaction - I'm being tagged as Data Scientist but not even doing a single work of Data Scientist. Company Culture - the worst I've seen. Even we need to get approval from management to approve the leaves. Sometimes leaves are getting cancelled. I'm looking for other companies side by side, don't want to work in this environment.

...ny for you to start your career, they provide very good training for new people. Working environment is good, co-workers are very nice, but salary and benefits is not that appealing.

Job security and work-life balance (depends on projects). Good medical health insurance plan. Work culture

Dislikes

Lower pay than service industry standard for existing employees and they don't bother to match. Less shift allowance per day compared to other companies.

You will get salary monthly, no jib security toxic work place, managers threatens us, there is no concept of 90 days notice period for any reason if manager decides the next day they will terminate you with out Amny prior intimation.

Dislikes

I worked for one year and Biased management, threatens us everyday no job security l, once you resign for any reason you will be asked to leave the Company on the same day, no job security, HR's communication is rough and unprofessional. Biased culture and workplace politics and toxic environment.
