Skill development and learning opportunities are good. There are ample scopes of getting certified and getting reimbursed. Work-life balance is fair but mainly depends on projects and situations. Job security is very good for performers.

There are lots of scope of improvement in the area of compensation and benefit. Career growth and opportunities areas can also be improved a lot. Work satisfaction is already quite good, however, it can be improved far more.

... and it was great journey with the company. LTI gave everything which I desired. Also, If you are looking for good salary then LTI will be a one of the great company to join.

MANAGEMENT... FAVOURITISM.. I found these issue in LTI. I lost my job in covide time that too because of management. Apart from that the company is awesome.

...re only visible at time of appraisal and annual event. Dont waste you time here. Salary structure is the worst here. If you ask for more basic they will tell company doesnt want to pay more pf to employee..

All maintenance projects with outdated technology. HR force you to go chennai office otherwise resign. Managers doing politics for candidate selections very bad for on-bench/ new comers.

...5% hike for consecutive o/s performance. People who dont work keep sitting idle. If you spend first 4years u can be resting for rest of years n ull get ur salary, ull get a promotion for every 3 yrs.No recognition for good work. Forget about promotion in less than 3 yrs how hard u try if you are not a vegetarian. So i would suggest nof to work if you see u are not getting anything. Veggies get every alternative year..worst indian mnc I have worked.
