Snack No appraisal just documentation They literally don't shy to re-release your offer Letter again as increment letter after 20 months of your billable hard work You have to work with pschyo managers who keep ignoring you if you reach out to them and can call you anytime over a phone when he needs you No corporate lunch or outing Nothing man just work and go home

The company offers a competitive salary, high-quality trainings and direct client interactions. The office has great amenities like massage chairs and gyms, provides meal coupons. Some roles also include on-site work opportunities.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.

The company culture is exceptional, with top management always ready to assist. There are abundant learning Opportunities, and employees are highly motivated to develop their skillsets.

Unfortunately, appraisal process is lacking, with minimal salary hikes.
