Nothing is good in this company.. the salary they pay is very low.. I have been working from 2.8 years in same salary.No hike no projects . They will kick you out if you are not able to find project .

...y IT service companies), yearly once employee are allowed to bring their family. Compensation and Benefits are OK compared to other IT service companies. Work timing are bit flexible and it depends on manager.

...ployees were sent out siting non-performance. So job security is not guaranteed. Most of the project I had worked in, I had to work on Saturday and sometime Sunday without compensation. Few managers approve compensation off, some don't.

The company offers a competitive salary, high-quality trainings and direct client interactions. The office has great amenities like massage chairs and gyms, provides meal coupons. Some roles also include on-site work opportunities.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.

The company culture is exceptional, with top management always ready to assist. There are abundant learning Opportunities, and employees are highly motivated to develop their skillsets.

Unfortunately, appraisal process is lacking, with minimal salary hikes.
