Work life balance is fine here till date . Company Culture , work Satisfaction.

Dislikes

No salary hike and promotion for last almost 5 years . Where I am billable from the first day . Feeling depressed sometime here in this situation , When my market correction and Promotion will happen .where I can see my manager manage promotion, but I am not .

Compensation and benefits, Long tamers are not considered for future growth.

There is no king like hierarchy. Every person is approachable. And the best part is people from any designation jump to help. It's very unique culture that I found in LTIM. Work timings are great.

The percentage of yearly salary hike should be more.

I'm grateful to work at a company that provides such a positive and engaging work environment. The managers stand out as some of the most understanding and supportive leaders I've encountered. They consistently challenge me with new opportunities that keep me motivated and allow me to grow. I also have a great team to work with. It is a great place to work, and I truly value being part of this team.

Dislikes

I feel that the salary and benefits for long-time employees could be more competitive. While the opportunities and environment are great, a better approach to compensation and regular increments would make it an even more rewarding place to work.

Likes

Work life balance , no internal politics and people are straight forward. Managers are very good and focused on employee growth along with company growth. Flexibility of physical presence at office for two days.

Dislikes

Sick Leave policy. Variable pay will not be given 100% anytime. Always it is fixed at 80% of committed variable pay.
