Don't join in Data Dev Team > you should be in list of favorites of data dev manager for increments and awards. > you should learn how to praise a egoistic person before joining team. > need to be Proficient in politics because he done his phd in those areas. > poor bond between peers and manager as he never been in office. > no approachability > he can keep you in PIP whenever he wants

1. Castism, particularly in Data Dev team. 2. Egoistic Manager. 3. Metric of performance : Bajana 4. Poor HR management ( recruited many fake people, which affected genuine people alot) 5. No recognition for hardwork, recognition only for bajana. All the points best suits Data Dev team.
