Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

New property, tastefully done except back areas, owners are wealthy and highly influential and are very concerned with upkeep of the property. Good location for tourists who want to stay close to old city. Talented managers and staff.

Dislikes

Lot of owner interference. GM gets sandwiched between owner and managing company. GM hardly have any control over accounts department. I was denied figures for profit and loss report right from the beginning thereby remained confused over hotel's profitability. I was harrassed and humiliated by one of the top official of managing company time and time again. He never appreciated and wants GM to be his puppet. Top officials will pressurize you a lot for more and more business even if you are meeting laid down annual budget.
