The company is open to innovation, but no competent people to drive it The company is open to career development but does not want to invest barring few close inidividuals The company has a clear vision but road carved for it does not promise much The Directors / owners are strong and have good knowledge, but they all have individualistic thought process and favouritism The people are good but culture is complacent They are forwarding looking company with strong base but execution is poor Good strong knowledgable and professional owners but leadership team/ second line is not upto the mark

The company is not inclusive, no room for putting forward your points and views, egoism at Directors level can spoil one's career and life, Take things personally whereas they should learn to be professional, women staff are pathetic - they dont take bath, compensation is decent but growth is slow. Appreciation, rewards and accolades goes to only very few people in the corporate office, branch efforts are taken at all, the preach something and practice is totally different
