They say a salary package when joining but after joining they give very less pay which cannot be considered as salary. More like a pocket money. They just reduce the assignment of classes without informing. They have very less students and just divide them among 25 teachers.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates and team lead are supportive and so are the founders. Company policies are good, incentives and appraisals are fair. A fun and healthy work environment.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
