Nothing to like, Purely micromanagement system.

Purely micromanagement system. DOnt get trap if they are giving 100 hike for new job becasue after that you will get 1% hike each year. Also team lead and managers are clown face toxic peoples who knows how to make you humiliate. You would have enough reason to get hike but they will say this is the industry stand lol.

There was proper work environment for skill based learning and routine work tasks were completed smoothly with help of automation scripts from knowledgeable and experienced team members. U can develop as an techie individual if learn and work simultaneously good company for freshers and experienced alike, hike is given at almost every quarter during apprisals

Dislikes

No proper work life balance dictarship runs the office not easy to get into other better projects during partiality shown from senior persons (haricharan) they shun persons who lack programming skills it has to be there otherwise equating them to an incel person. It is nightmare to work there if team members don't gel together
