No work life balance Weekend working Post shift everyday you are asked to work and made to feel guilty if not Too much politics No empathy towards employee Only people happy in this company are those who are sitting in this company for last 4-6 yrs because they know how to play and ofcourse they are more tenured so they will try to dominate you They said it is hybrid and then call you everyday If you reach out for any concern it is useless because nobody takes no action In short this company is pathetic. Not recommended

Upper Management has very poor work management skills. Internal politics is the main issue. They judge you on the basis of, how much more do you stretch on working time. And sometimes they also ask you to work on weekends.

Likes

Exposure to lot of different clients will help in learning digital marketing and strategies. The agency has a lot of big player clients. Easy commute to work for people staying in Navi Mumbai.

Dislikes

The management lacks leadership and mentorship skills. Unequal distribution of work and this stems from the above point.
