5 days working Trainings are conducted for industry, finance and luxury related.

  • Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Policies and processes are not flexible. Processes are very stringent to hire. Compensation is not as per industry norms and much lower. Work satisfaction is missing and processes are demotivating.

Dislikes

...biased. Only grads from top tier institutes are selected for GM level and above. Junior level staff gets transferred through IJP to the dept of their choice with no pay raise and at deputy executive level. Top management is absolutely biased and unfair.

Sales pressure is phenomenal. I am saying this after having worked for real estate sales for 12 years in different companies. The pressure can disorient you from your personal goals and can disconnect you from your personal life. Your work and your team members are the only things that will exist in your life. If you end up in a good team at least the human interaction part is taken care of or else even that is screwed and you'd be rendered into a zombie

There is nothing to like working here except getting exposure with some big clients.

...lture here. Unnecessary pressuring and long hours. 11pm is normal hour for them. No salary benefits, no promotion. Worst place for anyone.
