a Lala company, dominated by Keralites now. Lot of politics. No job security. If you work here and resign , you will never get a chance to work again in Congo. They are mafias and even bribed police , judges to put their employees in jail for ego clash or small mistake. Sanil and Megha ( a stupid uneducated crap) are worst, they treat employees as animals. No leave even if you are sick with Malaria. few employees died due to Malaria and subsequent coma. Top management exploit employees. Do not ever join this shit company.

If you got job with reference then only you can allow to do anything... Means you got best appraisal, one year leave, leave can be extended, Only if you have blood relation or family relations with sub directors or higher position person..

90 % staff they hired are from their known and at the time of appraisal they give priority to their relatives only, doesn't matter how much other deserve and qualify, i worked their as branch accountant and handle all accounts task and same the other side cashier doing is less area of expertise, but company gives same salary... If you don't have someone known in management then you ll be never appreciated, bcoz the company owner never want know what the middle management do with the staff who got job without any reference... But if you have any reference then you ll definitely a star in management eyes... Apart this company don't have any fix rules, they change rules as per their experience and behaviour. Once u come go to their palace u have to be survive for atleast two years minimum....

Get benefits and appraisal only if u are from known or reference person. Rest for other no opportunity. No work culture, no improvement in knowledge.

very worst company Iam worked in life don't go to work in that company that management person one of chuthiya person is that mother ****** name is Meha. that company not a professional company they not educated people. Management my advice doesn't go to work so that companies don't waste Ur life and carrier. all illegal working
