... level. Appraisal or fair process is also not good and it is vary from IC to IC. The appraisal process need much more improvement and deserving candidates are continuing in same performance level year and year hence it hampers the growth in salary. The salary is very less and the major part of appreciation is shared with only the outstanding performers. And growth of salary is also very less comparatively to current market conditions. Compensation of all benefits are also not given and mostly shared with top performers.

Most of the times, the decisions are top driven even if there is a feedback from down the line regarding the difficulty in following those decisions.
