The work culture and very unique management. Company policies are very good.

The career growth is very slow comparing with the contribution and experience level. Appraisal or fair process is also not good and it is vary from IC to IC. The appraisal process need much more improvement and deserving candidates are continuing in same performance level year and year hence it hampers the growth in salary. The salary is very less and the major part of appreciation is shared with only the outstanding performers. And growth of salary is also very less comparatively to current market conditions. In L&T Environment of work is really very supportive and healthy all my colleagues very humble for any kind of help and in company life and work balance .

There is no such big think for dislike in L&T because already I mentioned in above question that it's healthy environment of work, just one thing I want to address is salary hike is not very high as per there big name in market.
