Some colleagues are good. Helpful in nature. Pay, outings once in awhile.

Too much politics. Clerical work for software engineers. Old tech stack. Some people are dumb and has been promoted because of number of years. HR department is bad. Cafeteria charges money for serving junk. No wfh, limited leaves. Company scans all your beg everyday going out of office, treats like a thief. Security guys are cheap so is their head.

Leaders have no clear vision,the plans will change very frequently and they expect you to deliver everything within no time ,lot of pressure and finally what you have developed will never gets mainlned

Strict working hours 9 to 6 [ you should complete 9hours, if you will not complete company will cut you pay or leaves] No WFH available No employee perks No work life balance There are no experienced seniors who can give you KT [knowledge transfer]. All are either freshers or have 1 year of experience. Micro management is there

If there are 2 persons (1 Tamil and other) with same experience and salary, but the treatment for Tamil guy is good and the other guy like we are even knowing and have good knowledge also the treatment is worst.. it is a biased work place.. Never join here even if you don't have job also as it will ruin your career. Better join other company for same salary.. Never join LG soft India.. Very worst company

Lead behaviour No recognition if you are not tamilian. Very big biased work culture.. Need to stay in office even no work is there.. No proper document and you need create Collab pages to and documents your self..

...ry, but if you clear it you get recognition and respect from higher management . Pay is also good compare to many other companies in my domain. Even though i have been here for just about eight months, they still considered me for appraisal. i was hoping for max 5% hike but to my surprise i got 20%. i was so happy , surprised and I had happy tears. I don't know if this is the normal hike they give or if they have given only this year. and if you have any new ideas, managers are open to listen to it, they will give time for POC, later they will review POC, if response is good, later you can work on it

Timings - you have to be office 9 hours Management - i feel it is bit old school, we have to every small thing to them Korean culture - we have to follow everything as per HQ decision Food- breakfast is good, but afternoon lunch is so bad, at least for me
