Poor HR policies, less salary as compared to other reasearch firms, will not get any employee benefits like welcome kits/free courses/diwali bonous or any thing- overall not a employee centric organization

Freshers, please don't join! They won't provide you with proper training and expect you to perform well without it within a week or two. There's nothing to like about this company. They'll hire you in low package in a contractual role for 6 months and make you work like a slave with extra work hours (15-16hrs).

Red flags: Over expectation from Freshers, Improper training, Minus Work life balance, Extra work hours, Salary: lol

Initial days it was good, good projects. Work from home.

...n’t remember when was the last day I logged out after 9 hrs of my working hours. My working hour kept on stretching until it become normal and no compensation was given. Toxic culture, no collaboration between collegues and upper management. Sad that with lot of vision and promise it turned vice versa

Learning opportunities as the project comes you are the manager so you face challenges but you learn a lot.

...nefits. The worst is your FNF settlement happens in 6 months or indefinite time. Salary never comes in time and the managers have habit of blaming the team. The managers are offline for whole day and provide changes in evening and you are expected to finish in EOD time. It's humanly impossible to work in infiniti the dislikes are infinite and best of all they really don't care. The board and managers are cashing profit. They have no worries. The process is not at all streamlined. The report changes in one day completely. Never join this untill you are paid enough.

There are several downsides- 1. The salary of month is credited on 5th of next month. A lot of times it gets delayed. 2. It has a toxic work environment, where VPs and managers put pressure on analysts and associates. 3. Many people are given option to either reduce salary or leave the company. 4. The client managers have no manners. They literally abuse research team if something doesn't go according to their mind. 5. People are expected to work over weekends.
