...ry, but if you clear it you get recognition and respect from higher management . Pay is also good compare to many other companies in my domain. Even though i have been here for just about eight months, they still considered me for appraisal. i was hoping for max 5% hike but to my surprise i got 20%. i was so happy , surprised and I had happy tears. I don't know if this is the normal hike they give or if they have given only this year. and if you have any new ideas, managers are open to listen to it, they will give time for POC, later they will review POC, if response is good, later you can work on it

Timings - you have to be office 9 hours Management - i feel it is bit old school, we have to every small thing to them Korean culture - we have to follow everything as per HQ decision Food- breakfast is good, but afternoon lunch is so bad, at least for me

... gap between HQ special 3rd party candidates. 3rd party candidates payroll more. Salary in decent but career growth slow. Very rear chance to get permanent.

Compensation.....compensation......compensation............ Most of the senior employees are underpaid(Not even 1.5X compensation). Most of the senior employees who were stayed in LG from past 5+ to 15+ are left because of MC business close and worried about compensation. Once we put the paper then we must have to serve 90 days notice by going to office. Life was Good when MC business was there, Lg was given so much joy. After MC business close, LG sold it's IMS solution to Google and here in LGSI, IMS team leader choose those members who are known and favor to him and went to Google. This incident disturbed most of the MC members from that day on wards people started switching.
