... want career growth. Freshers dont get to learn anything. No scope for learning. Pay is average and work is bad, combine with politics. Appraisals are poor.

Good learning opportunities. Experienced members as managers . Good direction. Ofcourse depends on the team

... culture. Long work hours. Unrealistic deadlines. No extra benifits of any sort. Low pay scale compared to the market. Very less leaves in the first year of joining . Strict agile methodology of work even for research and exploration projects. No wfh if not for covid

Some colleagues are good. Helpful in nature. Pay, outings once in awhile.

Too much politics. Clerical work for software engineers. Old tech stack. Some people are dumb and has been promoted because of number of years. HR department is bad. Cafeteria charges money for serving junk. No wfh, limited leaves. Company scans all your beg everyday going out of office, treats like a thief. Security guys are cheap so is their head.
