They actually don't want seniors to work here. Because fresher will give them same work in less money . That's why they don't care about who stays or who leaves. Too much micromanagement. Manager is very rude specially in TV testing department. They will not give more than 4 days leave. I belongs from north and 4 days is not enough. There are favouritism in appraisal. It doesn't matter how much you work

Some colleagues are good. Helpful in nature. Pay, outings once in awhile.

Dislikes

Too much politics. Clerical work for software engineers. Old tech stack. Some people are dumb and has been promoted because of number of years. HR department is bad. Cafeteria charges money for serving junk. No wfh, limited leaves. Company scans all your beg everyday going out of office, treats like a thief. Security guys are cheap so is their head.

LG Soft India is a place where employees can enjoy and love their work because LG is not office where you are doing work but it's a family of different people where each and every one is enjoying. Good work environment and so many extra activities which will boost your energy on ur day to day activities. I loved and blessed to be a part of lgsi and I wish everyone to work and live ur that awesome life.

Salary Salary and only salary is the major issue with all the employee. They give very less salary and increment to the employee so only people don't want to continue working with LG

1. LSET exam: One positive aspect is that the company encourages employees to clear LSET exam which can be beneficial for skill development. However, the managers who nominate candidates to attend the exam seem biased.

...e the power or influence to address issues that affect the work environment. 9. 9-Hour mandatory office hours: The company enforces a strict 9-hour office schedule, with pay cuts for those who don't meet it. However, this isn't an issue as employees are already working 12 hours every day. Avoid joining HES(Home entertainment solutions)/MS(Media solutions) department.

Leaders have no clear vision,the plans will change very frequently and they expect you to deliver everything within no time ,lot of pressure and finally what you have developed will never gets mainlned
