If you are starting ur career it good to have company like LG . there is big discrimination in salary to one other with same post , work pressure will be be unexpected too much . korean are leading all departments. There is no work life balance bird in LG .

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. high-quality products and has a global client base.friendly and healthy environment with supporting staff.

Lg electronic is very good company. Very good salary is available in LG company. In addition to salary, there are very good benefits. There is a lot of promotion in that too. You can also do learning along with a job in it.

Nothing much, even if anything good happens the bad part counter them all.

...sty while speaking, they use cheap abusives in regular meetings and greetings. Managers alaways threaten you with year end ratings and bonus inorder to exploit you to work more Manager/ senior ask cheap and personal questions when asked to approved leaves. Empoloyee retention is really poor due to all these facts. KPI achievements are counted on the basis of how many days you worked from 6pm to 8 pm and during off days rather than how well you performed during regular working hours and days. New employess and recruita are treated as daily wager with no reapect of theire personal space and time.

Salary is good. But not with work life balance. No pre planned timing for in and out. May be working with more than 10 hours a day as well.

Dislikes

Not a good place to work. Most of the employees work for 1-2 years nowadays and opt for new opportunity for the growth. Not a place to get growth just work work work with no results, only work upon the already established technology.
