Poor Work life balance as I was forced to work on weekends. Salary is not comparative with the work load.According to the working hours remuneration is nominal. You would grow only if you are in the favourite list.. partiality and favouritism are main issues

No work life balance Low salary Late sitting is a regular habit No co-ordination and only blaming on juniors. Factory far from city Travel time is more than 4 hours daily Canteen food not good

Overall LG is good company in terms of professional growth and future learning.

Dislikes

Overall LG company is average in terms of work life balance like office timings are very long and not good compensation. Also working culture is not so good. Being a korean MNC they are very hard on their policies and office decorum.
