Worst culture even seen in any company. Full of politics. Even in HR department their is huge politics and no bonding. No MNC like feeing. Only employees are flourishing and pulling legs of new and fresh talents and making their survival in company tough. Most old employees are on an average 15-20 years old. Born and brought up in LG and going to retire from here. Oldies are having no capabilities still they are handling teams of fully talented young workforce. If you want to join HR, be mentally ready that you boss can be an Accounts person, a Procurement person and even an IT person who knows not even a A B C of HR. This company is good in terms of product but will loose good talents because of poor HR system.

LG are supported in COVID 19 first salary given, second there rules created every department will take care there own department by calling 👍 .And after open the office they are giving the sanitizer , mask, daily temp. check by ESH team etc. Thanku LG for supporting from COVID 19 lock down period.

Nothing . Even on sundays the higher authority takes the video call for degrowth and all . every member of higher authority of branch is spoiling the sunday and family time.

For third party employee, company never give opportunity to get absorbed in Company. There is always a separate consideration for offroll and onroll staff, no opportunity for offroll staff to learn and pe a part of of on-roll staff. There should be a opportunity for in ofroll staff to prove themselves in the basis of their yearly performance instead there will be the best hike which will be given to particular staff which is pratice carried forward from many years instead of rating on basis of their performances. Which is totally disappointing. Benefit of offroll staff will not given equally there will be partiality for long experience person and less experience person If someone out of it come forward and speak for their right they will indirectly will make to leave the job by accusation, frequently highlighting the mistakes by which employee quickly fell into depression. Overall no benefits or career advancement opportunities for so called OFROLL EMPLOYEES
