Politics within small team , no skill development. No Product available to sell. Focus changes time to time from top management one time on collection, gp, volumes , revenues as situation arises Operational connect is limited on ownership and support to sales. They look at impressing 1 boss and do his job only

Management is but good but there is some local politics. If you don't know hindi or local language then its not a good place for you. Personally i was facing issue while changing shift. There is no rotational shift for me. And you should face some partiality about your position.

My self Ranjit Bhaskar Kashiwale and l am 1 year experience in LF Logistics as a Driver this is very nice company and this company employee is another company's best employee and manager .
