Salary is below market standards. Sometimes work life balance hampers if you are truly serious on your work as you need to bear the burden while others are not serious on their work and management tries to extract till last who are truly doing their jobs. Gives good pay to new hires and punishes loyal old employees.

The best thing about about Lexmark India has to be its People. Each and every person is approachable and never make you feel dumb when you ask them out for any help. And the WLB is also good here and since it doesn't have a bench so they don't overhire and hence job security is top notch!

Management are not know how to develop company. CTR to FTR transmission processes are very complicated. Maximum manager thinks no one has more knowledge than him. Most managers have very little knowledge.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
