I am working with this company for approximately 2 Years. Terrible policy where salary is not on time, forget about the increment as well as variables/KRA MONEY. The policy can be changed at any time without any prior notice and they deduct your salary without any explanation.

Nothing is there to say about liking. It’s my career’s worst mistake.

They have not yet paid my salary for the last two months. I suggest be very cautious about the company. Everything what in the website is totally wrong. When I joined the first day I came to know everything.

Good for freshers to learn but there is no senior to guide.

Dislikes

No salary, no KRA, no promotion, no appraisal on time. You always have 2-3 projects and need to handle by you if any timeline missed or clients say anything then your salary will be deducted upto 70%. Always try to keep happy your boss and manager otherwise you have to face unbelievable circumstances.

Pretty much everything. And if you try leaving the company, forget about your salary, fnf. You will never get your KRA. You are expected to work a lot more than working timings, but not a minute less than official timings. No wfh.

*Making fool to Client and selling fraud product. *No values of employee *only interested in salary deduction * Director unable to focus on business growth, His focus only on reduction of salary *No KRA ,No appraisal, no performance * false commitments to client and all false information to client including employee head count ,office address and roles of employee will keep on changing for client. * No HR policy in place * No policy in favour of employee * No antivirus in system * As per director mood policy will change * Zero motivation even if you do excellent work *No vision to grow * making fools and taking curse from poor employees * company will not grow and will collapse in 2022 end
