...e is a huge cafeteria ang gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before witch you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to now joinees.

There is no communication from top management about any policy. There is always shortage of staff and current employees feel a dissatisfaction. Other teams never reply on the mails and in the end store and operations team has to take the blame. Warehouse people has no security and sanitization. Customer calls are never answered properly and they never revert back.

Work culture is not good,no personal life,even on offs they expect you to work ,salary part is really sad,they won't provide what they say , deduction for NPS, deductions on stock shortage even when stock is physically available ,incentives is just a Mirage think thrice before joining

Bhumika Thakkar HRBP You took a lot of time to release my salary with certificate and in that also you are showing zero days notice period whereas we have done a full 1 month notice period survey this is very pathetic culture and this is completely wrong activity. Dear Team, I have already given notice period as per company Policy and systematic way. But I don't understand why FNF settlement 0 days notice period mention. Don't quote wrongly, Plz kindly do the needful.
