its was a worst experience at all, last 2 year no one get salary increment, even no medical leave, management not connected proper store manager, even they just promot old staff as lead manager but after a 1 year they said you are not eligible

worst ever industry check LinkedIn and follow lenskart page you know company cheated with customers and ex staff comments not getting f&f and other stuff,lots of deductions from salary

Lenskart is a such good working place were people can learn from basic in retail and that same time they will take your personal time for their business not satisfied with the organisation how it works for staff. The company only for a Cx who buys and not for staff.

Dislikes

The skilled people are wet cloth. Once you worked in Lenskart they will squeeze your skill and at last they will say. THIS COMPANY NOT FOR EMPLOYEES IT IS ONLY FOT CX ( Peeyush says DO MORE BE MORE )

Frequent shuffling of stores. Baised and unprofessional behaviour from AOM. Partiality and politics prevails within the cluster. If you are not a big Jalra then you have to suffer. All your efforts will not get unnoticed and will not be appreciated and your growth will be stopped by the AOM by giving bad remarks to the organisation.If you are a female employee then you can survive here, you will get all privilege by being nice to the AOM. First they send employee to academy for training and they treated you link you are criminal and if you fail in academic then they hold your salary and no provide accomodation at the time of academy and OJT Don’t join this company at any cost they destroyed the personal and professional life

Duty time in and out 8hr . Late in company late out , like my shift time 6am morning, I punch 6:30am than my out time 3:00pm 30 mnt lunch included, 8hr completed then check out

What a joke nothing you will like it and in lenskart if you are a sales executive then you will be treated like stray dogs

Trust me I had worked for lenskart atleast 1.4 years at first it was going good but all of a sudden the company policy and people of lenskart is totally useless. If you are a sales executive then you have to forget your self respect you have to clean the mirror glasses, eyeglasses, sunglasses and even you have to clean floor. Guys you will be crying to working here. If you don't get the job then apply here but get ready to face so many problems and hurdles may be you will be sacked by doing some politics. Most of the employees in lenskart Store don't have manner in talking with each other, they behave like uneducated with each other and store manager go to their home for lunch break and they take 2 hours daily for lunch break. And they blackmail each other even on little things. This must be improved otherwise company can face revenue issue. Company must take daily video call meeting with all store employee for 10 minutes or 20 minutes for maintaining discipline and I am saying that this is not happening at all because of this all store employee and store manager are not able to working well....Read More
