🦻👎👎👎👊 1.Daily basis 3/4 hour extra time work.. 2.After Extra time work they can't provide full salary. 3.If store Target achieve, incentive not given to staff. 4.Daily concall 8/10 in unprofessional language. 5.Any time transfer to manpower 1 location to other. 6.Manpower crunch always. 7.Mistrey Audit used for staff cut incentive. 8.HR policy for Harrasment (Not support for any staff) 9.Store expenses used first for pocket when expenses submit for approval not approved. 10. Lenskart might be a good company for others, but it was not good for me at all. In fact, my AOM (Bhanu Joshi) in Faridabad was not good either. He only lies, and I even have call recordings of how he tries to lure people by offering petty cash. He had trapped me in a way, but thankfully, I managed to get out. Otherwise, who knows what kind of trouble he might have gotten me into.

Lenskart is a such good working place were people can learn from basic in retail and that same time they will take your personal time for their business not satisfied with the organisation how it works for staff. The company only for a Cx who buys and not for staff.

Frequent shuffling of stores. Baised and unprofessional behaviour from AOM. Partiality and politics prevails within the cluster. If you are not a big Jalra then you have to suffer. All your efforts will not get unnoticed and will not be appreciated and your growth will be stopped by the AOM by giving bad remarks to the organisation.If you are a female employee then you can survive here, you will get all privilege by being nice to the AOM. This is not good for the future of Lenskart West zone as no one will be able to continue the job at the next level. Bhumika Thakkar HRBP You took a lot of time to release my salary with certificate and in that also you are showing zero days notice period whereas we have done a full 1 month notice period survey this is very patheticculture and this is completely wrong activity.
