It was nice to work with nirman joshi who’s currently running lenovo service centre in Vadodara Gujarat. He’s very helpful in all the matters his nature is quit simple and sober he’s a very honest guy who makes every working person a good and better technician that’s it thank you

Salary was the main problem What the matter was I don’t know but i was getting paid 6000 per month The reasons could be I was fresher but I was that much capable that I was the main techie who was handling all the thing making jobsheet changing parts and then also salary was not appropriate

Work life balance is managed well in Lenovo. The company culture allows employees to talk freely and the higher management communicate openly with Employees.

I feel the promotions and salary benefits can be relooked as i feel i am under paid.

One of the worst company I ever seen in my experience, I currently working in this company very low carrier growth and salary range is very low.no job security, no bonus. Every thing is worst

Very less salary. No benefits for working operators. Job gurantee is unstable. Sometimes we work in under pressure. Some of the mop's show a attitude and giving a pressure for trainee Operators.
