Nothing...its not a MNC or corporate office. It has head office at srilanka. Chennai office is just a support office. No benefits and nothing. We could see most of the first level employees are old people. They are still in employee level. They don't have TL. Since srilanka is head office, TL, trainer and QA all will be only there. They will communicate only through mail with Chennai users. I worked there for 1 week, working is not organised,

Everything. Only users are looking for salary will be there in that company as there would be no professional growth.

Good and friendly place where we can enjoy, always enthusiast and good environment to work. I loved a lot and got good experiences in work as well as best appraisal ever seen when compared to other bpo companies

Very bad company there not providing reliving letter I have a surgery for that they not giving medical leave also from they side only give me a relive but they are not processing and no response very very bad organisation etc......

Work culture at it's best and a variety opportunities helped me to start from a L2 to L8 within 10 years. Company adopted the WFH concept really fast and established a hybrid work force with job security and benefits.
