Nothing...its not a MNC or corporate office. It has head office at srilanka. Chennai office is just a support office. No benefits and nothing. We could see most of the first level employees are old people. They are still in employee level. They don't have TL. Since srilanka is head office, TL, trainer and QA all will be only there.
