1. Good, co-workers are friendly 2. Salary provided before 10th of every month . They never stop salary. 3. Get to learn so many things. 4. Appreciate hard work if it is fruitful for them.

Dislikes

1. Management is rude. 2. No fix timing. 3. High work pressure. 4. You can't say no to any work they provided. Otherwise your job will be in trouble. 5. They don't give any warning. Directly ask for resignation . So, no job security. 6. Flexible timing but you should be available whenever they call. They can call you at any time whether it is 10-11 PM. 7. Hard for work life balance.

nothing is likable... if you enter here.... due to fact that if they don't find you involving in office politics they might think you are outsider and throw you out from job any day. QA act like manager and manager act like sheep. no proper management of what is clear plan for sprint

Flattery culture exist very dominantly here. no proper management of what is clear plan for sprint and they just wander around what can be delivered and what not. they just keep backlog and work on it continuously without sigh of relief.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
