Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! 1. Good, co-workers are friendly 2. Salary provided before 10th of every month . They never stop salary. 3. Get to learn so many things. 4. Appreciate hard work if it is fruitful for them.

Dislikes

1. Management is rude. 2. No fix timing. 3. High work pressure. 4. You can't say no to any work they provided. Otherwise your job will be in trouble. 5. They don't give any warning. Directly ask for resignation . So, no job security. 6. Flexible timing but you should be available whenever they call. They can call you at any time whether it is 10-11 PM. 7. Hard for work life balance.

Worst Firm someone can ever work with. Policies only favour the company ie. Saturday working, Have to submit a blank cheque to companies name ,least pay grade. "Boss is always right" culture followed here.

nothing is likable... if you enter here.... due to fact that if they don't find you involving in office politics they might think you are outsider and throw you out from job any day. QA act like manager and manager act like sheep. no proper management of what is clear plan for sprint

Flattery culture exist very dominantly here. no proper management of what is clear plan for sprint and they just wander around what can be delivered and what not. they just keep backlog and work on it continuously without sigh of relief.
