...eview before joining this organization!!! This is internship is completely fake. They will ask you to pay Rs. 500 in the name of webinars to be conducted weekly to train interns in their respective fields but no webinar is held at all. The communication gap is worst here. No one will listen to your complaints. The team leader here is just to assign tasks in one line only. Now, it's totally up to you whether you understand how to complete the tasks or not. Even the tasks assigned are not related to your internship profile. My humble request to all those who are looking forward to joining this organization is that do not fall into this trap. Instead utilize your time, money and efforts in something productive.

...s, and it runs only on interns. They offer webinar sessions that are compulsary. So that means, we have to pay money in order to join the company. Compensation is very low and not fixed. HR interns are paid for every new interns they recruit, not based on quality of interns, so many Interns blindly recruit whoever is willing to pay. Promotions are meaningless as no hike is there. Worst off, no job offer at all in the end.

Almost everything. The work culture, it's horrible management, having to PAY to join, compulsary webinars, meaningless promotions, I can go on and on

The company has provided very useful corporate training with Theoretical & Practical knowledge, Mentors had taken the webinar on various topics of operations management such as First Mile & Last Mile Operations, Business excellence, Process Excellence, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Business case studies. Management & Mentors are very supportive they even provide guidance for a career path.

Corporate mentors has guided about the procedure of making the Research Paper.They had guided each aspects of market research from Objectives to conclusion Part. Special Thanks to Rajeev sir for providing the guidance for Research Paper.
