A very poorly managed company. It has very few employees, and it runs only on interns. They offer webinar sessions that are compulsary. So that means, we have to pay money in order to join the company. Compensation is very low and not fixed. HR interns are paid for every new interns they recruit, not based on quality of interns, so many Interns blindly recruit whoever is willing to pay. Promotions are meaningless as no hike is there. They just earn money from needy students looking for knowledge and starting a career. Theu just give you certificates and nothing else, no work, no guidance, no tasks just nothing. If you have any query, no one will guide you and assist you. They will just say I'm not responsible for this
