A very poorly managed company. It has very few employees, and it runs only on interns. They offer webinar sessions that are compulsary. So that means, we have to pay money in order to join the company. Compensation is very low and not fixed. HR interns are paid for every new interns they recruit, not based on quality of interns, so many Interns blindly recruit whoever is willing to pay. Promotions are meaningless as no hike is there. Please read this review before joining this organization!!! This is internship is completely fake. They will ask you to pay Rs. 500 in the name of webinars to be conducted weekly to train interns in their respective fields but no webinar is held at all. The communication gap is worst here. No one will listen to your complaints. The team leader here is just to assign tasks in one line only. Now, it's totally up to you whether you understand how to complete the tasks or not. Even the tasks assigned are not related to your internship profile. My humble request to all those who are looking forward to joining this organization is that do not fall into this trap.
